Chennaiyins hopes of breaking to the top 4 of the points table didn’t come through as Hyderabad FC managed to draw 1-1 in a tense match that ended in a draw at the PJN stadium.
Chennaiyins scored the first goal in the 13 minutes as Mohd Sajid Dhot managed to hit the net. However, Hyderabad managed to erase the deficit by scoring the equalizer during the closing minutes of the first half.
During the second half Debjit managed to save a string of goals from Chennaiyins FC.
Hyderabad missed out league top scorer, Talisman Bartholomew, who has picked up four yellow cards.
With this draw, Hyderabad managed to remain at 3 position of the table played 11 matches and having 17 points to their name. Chennaiyins are also unmoved at 6 position who have 15 points to their name.
