Batting legend Sachin Tendulkar turned 45 on Sunday. It’s a historic day for World Cricket. On this occasion Mumbai Indians had arranged something special for Master Blaster. Sachin Tendulkar is spending his birthday with Mumbai Indians team as he is mentor of the franchise. Playing for Mumbai Indians Tendulkar won IPL title and as a first Indian IPL captain he also won orange cap. His son Arjun Tendulkar has been part of this team since 2021.

Mumbai Indians posted a video on Twitter where MI young players wished him and shared special moment of their meeting with Little Master and most memorable moment from Sachin’s 24 years career.

Five times IPL champion Mumbai Indians lost seven consecutive matches in this year. Sachin Tendulkar advised team to “stick together and ride as a team”. Today MI will be playing their 8th match at Wankhede stadium, Tendulkar’s home ground. Master Blaster played his last match at this stadium, in November 2013 against West Indies.
