“They can eat absolutely anything” Suryakumar Yadhav reveals eating habits of India teammates

 Suryakumar Yadav is MI’s star batter with amazing batting in a great form in IPL 2022. Suryakumar has been bought by Mumbai Indians in the 2018 IPL auction and was retained ahead in IPL 2022. Mumbai Indians are having a tough time in the current Indian Premier League season. They have lost all six games in the row so far.

Suryakumar Yadhav and Ishan Kishan were two of the most consistent batters for MI and batted together a number of times. Rishabh Pant and Ishan Kishan were teammates for the Under 19 World Cup in 2016 where India finished as the runners-up.

Suryakumar mentioned that Ishan and Pant are always playful and have fun, and even try out different weird combinations of food. He also added that they both are unreal, clean hearts and complete pure souls. Suryakumar in his interview on the famous YouTube show ‘Breakfast with Champions’ said,

“If Pant and Ishan get together, then it is a height. They can eat absolutely anything. They dip a bun in ice cream and eat it. They put chocolate ice cream on bread, and then put Nando’s sauce on that. The only thing left was to put a piece of chicken. This is the combination, which in their eyes is a burger. They tell me ‘Eat it. You will score runs tomorrow’. It’s a new thing they have started. That’s how low they can stoop for food. The two are unreal, clean hearts, complete pure souls. You’ll have a lot of fun spending time with them,”

“Ishan is one of my best friends on the team. You have to have him around, especially when you have lost a match. Like signal bounces, even he bounces from one topic to another. Even in training, I told my trainer I want to train with him only. I want him in every sponsor commitment,” Suryakumar added.

He said that they do not talk about cricket when they’re batting, instead, they will decide on eating particular food after winning the game.

“Whenever we bat together, we don’t look at the scoreboard unless we have to chase. We speak about different things apart from cricket-like ‘If we win the game today then we will order brownie ice cream’. It’s fun.” Surya enjoyed talking and being in their company.
